Heeding the advice of discerning guitarists, Deusenberg have designed and developed the Duesenberg CC Fullerton: a double-cutaway model that's based on the popular Starplayer TV but features a bigger body for more volume. Made of maple and topped with spruce, this arched semi-hollow CC body has been joined to a maple neck furnished with an Indian rosewood fretboard, and comes mounted with a Tune-O-Matic bridge and a Duesenberg Deluxe Tremola vibrato-unit that team up to keep the tuning in check while you're tossing divebombs. So this slick semi-acoustic guitar can be kept in showroom-ready state, Deusenberg even include a matching case.

The Duesenberg CC Fullerton Vintage White

The Fullerton name is an homage to Fullerton, California, the place where Leo Fender built his first electric guitar. While this model was drawn up state-side, the CC Fullerton is actually put together in Germany, which means you can expect every bit of that renowned German craftsmanship. The immensely detailed build not only includes 5-ply purfling, but gorgeous striping on the pickguard's black and gold underlay. Even the locking tuners have that deluxe '50s Cadillac feel to them.

CC refers to Carl Carlton, a famed German rock guitarist, but it may well have bore the name GF or PX, since both Glenn Frey (The Eagles) and Phil X (Jon Bon Jovi) tote a Duesenberg Fullerton CC. Able to take on any style, this first-class guitar comes with a Duesenberg Domino P-90 pickup at the neck and a Deusenberg Grand Vintage humbucker at the bridge, guaranteeing sparkling tone on one hand and a range of fat, growling sounds on the other. The middle position, meanwhile, serves up a highly flexible, low-cut sound.

Duesenberg's Army of Fans

Deusenberg borrowed their name from the famous 1920s German automobile manufacturer that was known for combining luxurious design with superb engineering. Duesenberg Guitars adopted these qualities when they began making guitars in 1986 and have since been paying enormous attention to detail, typically opting for art-deco style touches.
